Terms and Conditons

1. In the even any products become unavailable at the time of production, Pesona Creations reserve the right to substitute them with similar product of equal or greater value.

2. For corporate Orders, a deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of orders. The balance of payment shall be made upon delivery of orders.

3. For personal orders, must be paid by cash prior to delivery.

4. Cancellation, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable for orders that are confirmed

Delivery

Deliveries to Klang Valley will be made free of charge for corporate order within delivery zone. But for single order, free delivery service only valid for min worth of RM250.00/unit of hamper within delivery zone. Nationwide delivery is available via courier service. charges will depend on package size and weight.

Outstation orders must be placed at least 2 week before the time of delivery. Please call us for further information on outstation deliveries terms. We will undertake special requests for urgent delivery on a case-to-case basis.
